Some questions?
The safety of our customers is our top priority. Our drivers are well prepared to act quickly and calmly in stressful situations. You can track your rides in real time via our App and you will be notified immediately in case of any deviations from the route. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong during the ride (e.g., punctuality cannot be guaranteed), you will be contacted by us immediately. Further, our central office is at your disposal for any queries via contact@zweelo.de.
Please contact us if your driver arrives later than 10 minutes after the agreed time without warning. Our team will investigate the reasons for this delay as quickly as possible and ensure that this does not happen again.
In the interest of all concerned, every member of the Zweelo community should commit to keeping to the agreed timetable wherever possible. If this is not possible, please inform us immediately so that we can find a quick solution.
If this is the case, please contact us immediately. We will then contact the driver and bring the forgotten item back to you.
The Zweelo app and control centre uses a token-based network access. This ensures that only trusted parties (parents and the Zweelo team) can access all location data. Additionally, this data is transferred using secure data transfer/SSL protocols to always ensure maximum security.
All of our drivers and team members are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and will wear a face mask during the entire ride. Additionally, drivers thoroughly disinfect vehicles in between rides and will provide our guests a face mask and hand sanitizer if needed.
Safety of our guests, drivers and employees is our top priority. If one of our team-members is tested positive, we will notify all passengers and team members who were in direct contact with the affected person for the previous week. Any driver who tests positive for COVID-19 will not perform any Zweelo-rides until receiving a doctor’s permission.
Zweelo takes the selection process very seriously and therefore has strict selection criteria for employees. The selection process starts with a legal and administrative check, during which documents such as passenger transport license, health certificate and police clearance certificate are checked. This is followed by a personal interview and reference check by several members of our Zweelo team, as well as accompanied test drives.
The driver will be assigned to the trips by our team according to their availability.
We optimize the Zweelo schedule every day according to the individual location and time of all children on board. Therefore, it is possible that our Zweelo staff manages different routes during the week. However, for all trips, we place equal emphasis on ensuring that your children are cared for by professional and trained staff.

If you are interested in booking individual trips or if you are interested in organizing trips with Zweelo for your organization/company, please send us an E-Mail at contact@zweelo.de or call us at +49(0)211-97631120. After receiving your request, our team will work on your individual route(s), and we will contact you in a prompt manner.
To schedule a new travel plan, simply select the pick-up location and destination, the type of trip (outward, return or both) and the frequency of rides per week. Once you have entered the desired travel plan details, a request will be sent to our Zweelo team. We will get back to you with an acceptance or rejection for your request – based on our current capacity and availability. Provided that we confirm your request, we will also include the price within our confirmation. If you agree, you can confirm booking the Zweelo service and pay the transportation fee.
After receiving request, we check whether we can offer a spot in the shuttle based on our capacities. After 48 hours at the latest, you will receive feedback as to whether the plan can be accepted or not. You will receive all this information directly and easily via App. Once the travel plan has been confirmed, you will receive all the details about the individual rides, daily schedule, and all other relevant information through our App.

Of course, it can still happen that a spontaneous need for change arises. If this happens, you can send us the desired changes by email to contact@zweelo.de. We will then check all possibilities to change the timetable according to your wishes and will come back to you as soon as possible.
It is important to know, that we can only consider ride and schedule changes that are communicated 48 hours in advance.

Each ride includes pick-up at the desired address and safe drop-off to the desired destination within the time frame you set. Once you have been picked up, you can follow the ride live via the App.
Simply log in to your profile and then go to “View current trip”.
If you need to cancel a confirmed ride due to personal reasons don’t worry, we fully understand this! Please let us know up to 24 hours before the ride starts. This will enable us to optimize the plans for our drivers and other passengers. If the place or time of the trip changes, please contact us directly at contact@zweelo.de. That way, we can find a suitable solution together!

The price is calculated based on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off destination and the frequency of the journeys.
You can use a credit/debit card or pay by direct debit (SEPA basic direct debit) from your bank account. Unfortunately, cash payments are not possible.
The Zweelo team offers you a secure payment system (also via app) for your transactions. You will not be charges inadvertently, and you will only the corresponding fee presented by us.
Zweelo is mobility company, who offers a personalized, environmentally friendly on-demand ridesharing service. After receiving a request, Zweelo organizes pooled trips for different target groups, e.g., school/sport club trips for children, business trips for companies, city trips and other on-demand trips. The departure time, the start and the destination are individual, according to the wishes of the passengers.
Zweelo offers a digital, individual, flexible, and emission-free mobility solution according to our customers’ requirements. Our service is fully digital, our customers can request a ride via our app, can track the entire trip via real-time-GPS and will receive notifications of the trip status. Zweelo offers safe and comfortable rides for any group of passengers. We have specially trained drivers, who already have experience driving groups of children to school and sport clubs and who are ready to assist any other group of passengers (business trips, senior citizens, people with disabilities, etc.) Contact us and share with us what you need, we will organize your individual route.
Simply click on “Forgot your password” on the login page. Then enter the email you used to create your Zweelo account and click “Continue”. We will then send you an email with a link that you can use to set a new password.
Generally, you can cancel booked single rides free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time agreed for the single journey. The framework agreement can be terminated at any time with a notice period of 30 days to the end of a calendar month.
